Hey, I am Nicole.

I am a Health Coach, Hormone Health Practitioner, Founder of Glow Wellness and an extremely passionate Holistic health advocate.

I am trained and qualified to be at the forefront of preventative health care.

Glow Wellness has been founded and designed to guide and support you in finding the right balance of both primary and secondary nutrition for you. I am dedicated to inspiring all people to live happy and healthy lives, including you.

I help people achieve complete Health and Wellbeing for Mind-Body-Soul through integrative and functional nutrition as well as lifestyle and environmental management practices.

Your journey towards health is your own unique process and is intrinsic to you. I take a very bio-individual approach to guide, inspire and educate you to be able to heal yourself from the inside out.

To become a Holistic Health Coach I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, the world’s largest and most reputable holistic health coaching college. I learned about innovative, functional and collaborative health counseling methods, practical and preventative lifestyle management techniques and over 100 different dietary theories ranging from Ayurveda through to Keto, Paleo, Macrobiotics, Plant-based and everything in between.

Once I graduated, I decided to further my studies and qualifications and took on an advanced course in Hormone Health. This allows me to specialise in all areas and conditions of the Endocrine and Reproductive systems.

These qualifications, my own personal experiences with guiding my body back to wellness, and further knowledge gained by coaching and practicing in my field is what allows me to help you in your own journey to better health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Understanding what and how to eat is essential to wellness. The saying “You are what you eat” is only true to a certain point. You are “what nutrients your body is able to assimilate and absorb”.

The food you consume gets assimilated into your bloodstream, your blood is what creates your cells, your tissues, your organs, your skin and hair, your brain and eventually your thoughts and feelings.

Your body is completely intelligent. It is constantly sending you messages about what it needs for health and balance. These messages appear as inflammation, weight issues, health problems and conditions, cravings and intuitions.

 Wherever you currently fall on your health spectrum is completely okay. Now that you are here, your life and your health are only going to get better.

I will guide and teach you to listen to your body’s wisdom. Helping you to deconstruct your health concerns and choose foods you need for vibrant health.
